Theaters and cinemas in Ekaterinburg

Moscow and St Petersburg tours are great, but there is so much more to do in Russia. Ekaterinburg has not only many historical places that should be visited, but also theatres and cinemas that can offer a lot to the travelers.

The most famous theatre in Ekaterinburg is the Opera House, which has one of the most beautiful buildings in the city. Opera House was built in 1912. Many famous artists played in this great theatre. When you visit this theatre you’ll be able to feel the traditional Russia spirit, that is everywhere in the theatre.

If you are fond of going to the cinema, then you can choose the one among several cinemas in Ekaterinburg. Multiplex “Salut” is one of the biggest regional cinemas in the country. Every year movie festivals of different counties, such as Japan, UK, Germany, France and others, take place in this movie-theatre.
